Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "you", "your") and win988 ("win988", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at win988.cam (the "Platform").

win988 is an English-language online gaming platform that provides information, entertainment content and gaming services to users. The Platform is intended for use by adults located in jurisdictions where access to such content is lawful. win988 operates under applicable international licensing where relevant and does not claim to hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.

By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money balances and any bonus credit separately designated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive made available by win988 subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific terms and conditions governing individual promotional offers, including wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, time limits and eligible game restrictions, as published alongside each promotion.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, video, audio, software and any other material published on or accessible through the Platform.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds by a User into their Account via an approved payment method.
• "Platform" means the win988 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications and all related services operated by win988.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful, restricted or requires a licence or authorisation not held by win988.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, information and entertainment services made available through the Platform.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers an Account on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's Account to an external payment method designated by the User.

To register and maintain an Account on win988, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable local law, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships and other legal entities are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any applicable self-exclusion register, or have otherwise requested exclusion from the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close associate of win988, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicitly authorised in writing by win988.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the Account registration process. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per User: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. win988 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: win988 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before permitting withdrawals or as part of ongoing compliance checks. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your Account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.

win988 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general conditions:

• You may access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes.
• You must use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Pakistan, your country of residence and any other jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• You acknowledge that online gambling involves real financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your Account. win988 does not guarantee any outcome in respect of any game, bet or wager.
• You agree not to use the Platform via any automated means, including bots, scripts, crawlers or artificial intelligence agents, other than for lawful search engine indexing.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its underlying infrastructure, or any other system or network connected to the Platform.
• All gaming transactions are final once confirmed. win988 will not reverse a settled bet, spin, round or game result except in cases of a documented technical error that materially affected the outcome.

The following terms govern financial transactions on the Platform:

• Approved Methods: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods approved by win988 and available in your jurisdiction. Payment method availability may vary. Familiar options for Pakistani users may include bank transfers and digital wallets. Reference to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah is for contextual familiarity only and does not constitute endorsement or confirmation of availability.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Platform cashier. Amounts are typically denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where amounts are referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply.
• Processing Times: Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification checks and may take between one and seven business days to process, depending on the method and applicable compliance requirements.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method not registered in your name, is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Conditions: win988 may require KYC documentation to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may also be subject to bonus wagering requirements where applicable bonus credit has been claimed.
• Fees: win988 does not typically charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your transactions.

win988 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives ("Promotions"). The following terms apply to all Promotions:

• Each Promotion is subject to its own specific Bonus Terms, which set out eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods and any other applicable conditions. Bonus Terms are published alongside each Promotion and are incorporated into this Agreement.
• Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. win988 reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion from any User if it reasonably suspects that the Promotion is being used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including through the use of systematic staking strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Bonus credit and free-bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are set out in the relevant Bonus Terms.
• win988 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• win988 will not compensate Users for Promotions that were unavailable due to technical issues, unless the User was directly affected by a verified platform error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including fraud, theft or money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game mode, including live dealer games.
• Using any software, device, algorithm or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Abusing Promotions by creating multiple Accounts, using third-party bonus-abuse services or engaging in systematic strategies designed to extract value from Promotions without genuine recreational play intent.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first seeking to resolve the matter through win988's support channels.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory or harassing towards win988 staff, agents or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips and software, is the property of win988 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or display any Content without win988's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on any Content or Platform software.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes, including in advertising, marketing or promotional materials.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in any Content.

The win988 name, logo and all associated brand marks are trademarks of win988. Unauthorised use of any win988 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win988, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, data or profits resulting from technical errors, service interruptions, third-party actions or circumstances beyond win988's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including game guides, odds explainers or payment method descriptions.
• Any financial loss arising from your use of a payment method — including those referenced on the Platform such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — where that loss results from the policies or actions of the payment provider.
• Any legal consequences arising from your access to or use of the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access may be restricted.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, win988's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where win988 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account activity involves fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You are accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose win988 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
• You have requested self-exclusion through win988's Responsible Gambling tools or through a third-party self-exclusion scheme recognised by win988.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting win988's support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

In cases of suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, win988 reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, win988 may forfeit the balance and pursue recovery through applicable legal channels.

win988 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic. The following terms reflect our obligations and your rights in relation to responsible gambling:

• win988 provides Responsible Gambling Tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your Account settings.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once self-exclusion is activated, win988 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform for the duration of your exclusion period.
• win988 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 18, or under the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction.
• If you believe your gambling is causing harm, we strongly encourage you to make use of our Responsible Gambling Tools and to seek support from recognised problem-gambling support organisations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win988 is incorporated and licensed, as applicable. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through win988's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection or other laws of your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived by contract.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may impose restrictions on their ability to participate in online gambling. win988 does not provide legal advice and users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

win988 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, win988 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
